Mark Demaine & New FTCH Breckmarsh Ethan Of Caytonfell...

Usk Valley Working Gundog Club held their 2 Day Open AV Retriever Field Trial on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th October 2021 at Bitterley Lodge Shoot by kind permission of Sandra and Norman Onens. Brand Ambassador Mark Demaine and his Labrador Retriever Dog 'Quinn' took first place, making Quinn into a new 3 year old Field Trial Champion. This is a fantastic achievement by Mark making him up by taking a second then a first in novices, followed by 2 third places and 2 first places in 2 day open stakes.

Thank you to the Stewards, Picker up, Game carriers, Red flag steward and everyone who helped today.

Thank you to our FT Secretary Julian Morgan it is Julian’s first year as our Retriever FT Secretary he has put in a lot of hard work and time organising the Trials before and on the day, time to breath now and enjoy running your dogs and last but not least a very big thank you to Alex Matthews for all your help once again today.'

2nd - Laura Hill & Stauntonvale Lemon Possett

3rd - Jason Mayhew & Berryshot Bernie - owned by Simon Berry

4th - John Halstead & Buccleuch Bridgeknowes of Chatsworth - owned by the Duchess of Devonshire
