Customer Collection Procedure

In order to further protect both customers and employees through the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, we politely ask all customers to remain in their vehicle when collecting orders from WuffitMix

Updated WuffitMix Collection Procedure:

Drive into the warehouse one vehicle at a time once the barrier is lifted

Remain in your vehicle at all times

A member of the WuffitMix team will take your order and radio through to the office

Your paperwork will be produced & payment will be taken from your vehicle using our wireless card machine
Can I still bring my dog to WuffitMix HQ?
Although we LOVE welcoming our doggy visitors, it is becoming increasingly difficult to welcome them to visit WuffitMix HQ during this time.
Can I still call into WuffitMix HQ to collect samples or for nutritional advice?
We are still happy to provide dog food samples and nutritional advice, however we ask that whenever possible, you please give us a call first to discuss things. We will then arrange for the samples to be packed ready for you, making collection as safe and efficient as possible.
Card Payment Preferred
In order to reduce the spread of disease and the risk to our employees, we ask you to make payments via card whenever possible during this time.
Local Customers in Self-Isolation
If you are a local customer currently in isolation, please call the WuffitMix team on 01200 420222 and we will do out utmost to help.
